Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 5-7 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Transporter with tracking and drop-off with signature.

HONU has decided to offer FREE FREE FREE  SHIPPING and HANDLING fees. 

IT IS COMPULSORY  for receiver to check item carefully, to open the box and check for any transport damages to be able to claim any transport insurance. If receiver decides to sign the transporter connote without checking then responsibility is passed on to him not the driver. 

Should Receiver find a transport damage, he must either accept the good and mark the item as damaged on connote and then email us  or refuse the item and give it back to the driver.

CUSTOMER have 7 Full Days from date of reception to send item back (fees to return the item are to be paid by customer).

Boxes are amply sized and your items are very well-protected in bubble wrap then side and front protections and then placed in a customized box.

ALL ITEMS COME WITH A 1 year full Manufacturing Fault WARRANTY 

Dings or fins damages of any sort made while surfing or handling the board are not included in warranty.
